Case: This is a 16 Size, 10Kt White Gold-Filled, Open Faced Case and is in a Bunn Special Case!
Dial: The Dial is made from White Porcelain, is Double Sunk, has Arabic numerals, Spade hands, and is marked "Illinois".
There are no defects to the dial, i.e. NO Hairlines, Chips, Cracks or anything else to mar its beauty!
Movement: This 3/4 Nickel Plate movement is a 60 Hour Movement, with 21 Jewels, a Gold Train,
Gold Jewel Settings, adjusted to 6 Positions (plus Temperature & Isochronism), a Double Roller, a Steel Escape Wheel & is Lever-Set by
the 1:00 position.
Professional Opinion: As will be described, you have an excellent Railroad Pocket Watch! It has all the features you
would need to say that it's a Railroad Grade Pocket Watch and in the condition it's in, with the way the balance wheel is moving so
swiftly, and with the ability to adjust the timing of your watch so accurately, I would say that this watch is exactly like it would
have been if you would have been purchasing the watch back when it was built, at the start of the Roaring Twenties (1920)! The watch
has been recently cleaned and is keeping excellent time!
As this watch is a 30 Hour watch, it also gives you the ability to afford the excellence of a Bunn Special watch,
without having to pay another $400 or so, for the 60 Hour feature!!

This Illinois Bunn Special Railroad Pocket Watch has a Serial # of 3,697,426, which means it was built late in 1920.
The Hour Chapter Ring is in Black, but as a Special Addition to this case, there is an added Chapter Ring in Red for the
Minutes! That is a very nice addition to the typical Railroad Dial, as its almost like having a Montgomery Dial! The following information
will give you a better idea of the capabilities that this Railroad watch has to perform its daily functions:
 This beautiful, very clean & very white porcelain dial is double sunk, so the center (where Illinois is
clearly spelt out) is actually the middle layer, then the bottom layer would be where the second's bit is. The dial is a truly a
Great Dial along with the Spade Hands and is Lever Set by the Numeral 1. The Second's Bit is larger than the size of the
actual watch that you are looking at. So I am being very sure to show you this dial at roughly 20+ times its normal size! So you
can clearly see any possible flaw and any minor "flaw" that you might see in these picts is most likely not even visible by
the human eye!!
 The movement is a 30 Hour Movement, with 21 Ruby Jewels & is Lever-Set by the 1:00
position. The movement is adjusted to Temperature & 6 positions. It has screw down, raised Gold Jewel Settings; a
full Gold Train to limit any possible friction between the gears; Gold Balance Screws; Double Rollers, which means that the
watch has one Impulse Roller Table and a Safety Roller, thus two Rollers or a Double Roller; the movement is built on
Nickel Plates; and finally has a Whip Lash Regulator, so the watch can be adjusted extremely accurately!
Overall, the movement is truly a thing of beauty & a joy to watch, especially the blur of the balance
wheel!!
 Just a close-up of the movement to further show you what excellent condition it is in! There are no scratches,
abrasions, etc. The movement is in Perfect condition, has all of its Black Lettering and keeps great time! Also, you get all
of the excellent features of a Bunn Special Railroad Pocket Watch, without having to pay for the 60 Hour feature!!
The Balance Wheel has such great speed that it's simply a blur, even at the speed the camera
catches it at! Then, just on the inside of the balance wheel, you can see "Double Roller" written out. For a watch to be a
true Railroad Grade Pocket Watch, it had to have a Double Roller to ensure that the watch would keep running, in case something
happened!
The covers fit together so well, that any space between the covers is almost imperceptible! All of the details
are sharp & crisp!
As is shown in this picture, the case is marked "BUNN SPECIAL Model" & is further marked "Wadsworth
Quality"; "10 Karat Gold-Filled" & "Pat's Pend'g".
The back of the case is in excellent condition and there's hardly even any scuff marks! The case has
"Knurled" sides, which show very little wear. In this case the knurled sides are Ribbed and they will allow you to get the
maximum grip when opening & closing the front or the back of the case. Overall, the case is in excellent condition, just as
the rest of the watch is!!
Well, that's all I can say. The Photos will tell you what you really want to know about the watch anyway, at least that's what
I focus on first!
