Hello, And Thank You
For Taking The Time To Look At Our Listing!

Just As A Note, The Watch Is Running Fine, Keeping Good Time, And Should Provide Many More Years Of Excellent Service!!

The front of the Hunter's Case shows some signs of wear, but the engravings are still clear after roughly 135 years of use! There is also a Cartouche under the engraving, where you could put your initials, if so inclined. The engraving also has three flowers on either side and dots circling around to the top, where there is more engraving.

The Dial is still in perfect shape! Its a nice White, easy to read dial, with Large, Bold Roman Numerals for the Hour Chapter Ring. At the end of each Roman Numeral, is a dot and then a small black Arabic numeral to show the minutes. Overall, its a very nice display!

When you open the front cover of the Hunter's Case, you see that the inside of the cover is nice & clean. This just enhances the nice, clean presentation, which you'll see everytime you open the watch!

The covers fit together so well, that any space between the covers is almost imperceptible! All of the details are sharp & crisp! The Plunger to trigger the Chimes is on the right hand side of the case.

The top of the case, again shows how well the covers fit together! Also, you can see the Plunger on the left hand side (from this angle) and just to the left of the Crown, you can see the small button that you depress to set the time.

The watch has not been abused. Take a good look at this movement. Except for where the gilt has been rubbed off, the movement is in excellent condition!

This close-up shot of the movement shows what good shape the movement is in! Just look at how quickly the Balance Wheel moves. That gives you an idea of how well the movement itself works! I've always felt comfortable about a watch when I see a balance wheel moving so swiftly!

Well, that's all that I can really say. The Photos will tell you what you really want to know about the watch anyway, at least that's what I focus on first!

The price for this piece will be $425.00

This Pocket Watch would make a very nice gift to that special someone, even if that "special someone" is you and your own collection!!

The picture was taken on Ford Island, which is the land mass in the middle of
Pearl Harbor, Hawai'i. Ford Island is better known as the home for "Battleship Row".
The sneak attack on Pearl Harbor was centered on Battleship Row.
My canine "Son" shown in this picture is called "Verge", after the Verge Escapement!
