Professional Opinion: Here you have an Excellent Railroad Pocket Watch! It has all the features you would need to say
that it's a Railroad Grade Pocket Watch, e.g. the way the balance wheel is moving so swiftly, with all of the Safety Features that
you'd expect to find in Railroad Pocket Watch and with the ability to adjust the timing of the watch so accurately! All of the Black
Lettering is present, and the case is Perfect!! The watch has just been cleaned & is keeping excellent time! This is
not only a Mint Pocket Watch, but its also a Mint BUY!!
Hello, And Thank You For Taking The Time To Look At Our Listing!
Just As A Note, The Watch Is Running Fine, Keeping Good Time, And Should Provide Many More Years Of Excellent Service!!
This Illinois Bunn Special Railroad Pocket Watch has a serial # of 4,970,094, which means it was built in 1926.
The following information will give you a better idea of the capabilities that this Railroad watch has in order to perform its daily
functions and to keep the precision time that Railroad Grade Pocket Watches are known for:
This beautiful very clean & very white porcelain dial is double sunk, so the center (where Illinois is
clearly spelt out) is actually the middle layer, then the bottom layer would be where the second's bit is. The dial is a truly a
Great Dial along with the Spade Hands and is Lever Set by the Numeral 1. Thge Dial, like the rest of the watch, looks like it
was made yesterday!!
The Second's Bit is almost twice the size of the actual size of the watch that you are looking at.
So I am being very sure to show you this dial at roughly 25 times its normal size! So you can clearly see any possible flaw and any
minor "flaw" that you might see in these picts is most likely not even visable by the human eye!!

The Movement is a 60 Hour Movement, with 21 Jewels & is Lever-Set by the 1:00
position. It is adjusted to Temperature, Isochronism & 6 positions, or 8 Positions in all! It has screwed down, slightly raised
Gold Jewel Settings, a full Gold Train, Gold Balance Screws, Double Rollers, it's built on
Nickel Plates, and finally has a Whip Lash Regulator, so the time can be adjusted to be extremely accurate!!
Overall, the movement is truly a work of art, especially with it being just cleaned and with all of the
Black Lettering being present! Overall the watch is a true joy, especially with the blur of the balance wheel,
which has always been a sign to me of a well functioning timepiece!!
Just a close-up of the movement to further show you what excellent condition it is in! There are no scratches,
abrasions, etc. The movement is in Excellent condition and is keeping great time!
The Balance Wheel has such great speed that it's simply a blur, even at the great speed the camera
catches it at! Then, just on the inside of the balance wheel, you can see "Double Roller" written out. For a watch to be a
true Railroad Grade Pocket Watch, it had to have a Double Roller to ensure that the watch would keep running, in case the watch should be
dropped or some other traumatic event took place!
The covers fit together so well, that any space between the covers is almost imperceptible! All of the details
are sharp & crisp! This just further shows what a beautiful watch this is!!
As is shown in this picture, the case is marked "BUNN SPECIAL Model" & is further marked "Wadsworth
Quality"; "10 Karat Gold-Filled" & "Pat's Pend'g".
The back of the case is in excellent condition (NO scratches & NO scuff marks at all!!). The
case has "Knurled" sides, which show NO wear at all. Due to the Knurled Sides you will be able to get the maximum grip
possible, so that you will have the greatest ease when opening & closing the front & back covers.
Overall, the case is in excellent condition, just as the rest of the watch is!! What more could you possibly
ask for??
Well, that's all I can say. The Photos will tell you all what you really want to know about the watch anyway!

The price for this piece is $895.00, and its worth every cent of it!! This watch is
MINT, so you really need to see it to believe it!! I wish I could have some watches of lower quality so I could lower the price,
but when a watch is in Mint condition, it goes for a Mint Price!! But get them while they're here, because quality watches like
this won't last!!

This Pocket Watch would make a very nice gift to that special someone, even if that "special someone" is you and your
