Gustav Becker Grande Sonnierie Tall Case
Circa 1881
The clock has a spectacular Hand Carved Walnut case, matching engraving on the
dial, weights, and bob, a seconds bit, and the bottom of the clock opens for
storage. A key locks the dial area, pendulum area, and bottom.
The clock has a dead beat escapement and maintining power. There is a
railing that goes on front and sides at the top of the clock. The clock
strikes on 2 rods.
