Lantern Style (Laterndluhr) Vienna Regulator

This Laterndluhr was made by Georg Dicker in Vienna Austria circa 1845. Laterndl-Uhr means "small Lantern" clock. The clock runs for 8 days and is 41 ½" in height by 11 ¼" wide by 5" deep and has a double sided brass pendulum bob. The clock has a flat porcelain dial, Beetle and Poker hands, and an engine turned bezel that is signed "Georg Dicker in Wien (Vienna, Austria)". Then clock also has a steel pendulum rod, which is typical for "Lanterndluhren" of this era. Both the case and the clock are in excellent condition.
