Handcarved Grande Sonnierie
Tall Case Clock
Circa 1870
This awesomely Hand Carved Walnut case is very decoratively adorned throughout
its entire height of 91" by 28 ¼" wide by 14 ½" deep. There is also matching
engraving on the dial, weights, and bob. The dial has a seconds bit and the
middle section of the clock locks with a key. The clock chimes on two coiled
gongs.
