Seth Thomas Parlor Clock With A Perpetual Calendar
This Seth Thomas Parlor Clock is circa 1862 and has a Perpetual Calendar, so it even takes Leap years
into effect. So theoretically, it would only have to be adjusted once every 100 years to
allow for the variance in Leap years. The clock measures 33.25" in height, by
17" wide, by 5" in depth. The case is a Walnut veneer and locks with a key. The
movement is driven by two weights and the original paperwork is still in the clock. In
fact, attached to the paperwork is the name and address of the store in Los Angeles, CA
that once sold the clock.
